How It Works
Where the sale goes, step by step.
No magic, no fine print. Here is exactly what happens from the first DM to the moment you get paid — and what happens if something goes wrong.

Customer enquires in chat
Someone messages the way they already do — WhatsApp, Instagram, or today’s Simulator. That message becomes one ConversationEvent. Your AI searches your catalogue and answers with real stock and prices. Nothing invented.
You quote delivery and total
If they want it delivered, our managed delivery (or your merchant delivery / pickup rules) returns options in plain language. The AI shows an itemised total in Naira. Checkout only starts after they explicitly say yes.
Money locks in HarrenaPay
They pay through HarrenaPay hosted checkout. The money does not go straight to you — it goes into escrow. AI Commerce never holds funds. You get a clear signal that the money is real and waiting.
You prepare and mark delivery
With committed money behind the order, you fulfil. Depending on your Commerce Rules, you mark dispatched / delivered with the proof your trust floor requires. That starts the confirmation path.
You get paid — or funds stay locked
Standard Escrow releases when delivery is confirmed. Fast Settlement auto-releases 24 hours after funding unless a dispute is opened. If something goes wrong, funds stay locked while evidence settles it.
And if something goes wrong?
The money stays locked. A dispute opens with the conversation record, itemised total and delivery evidence — not screenshots shouted across WhatsApp. Resolution follows HarrenaPay's escrow rules. AI Commerce never decides payouts on its own.
That's the whole system for sellers. Enquire in chat. Quote honestly. Hold the money. Get paid on confirm. Platforms are interchangeable — the commerce engine underneath stays the same.
